Michelle A. Hauser, Esq.

Whether it’s hitting the town in Betsy, her original 1964 Mustang, hefting weights at the gym or working to represent her family law clients, Attorney Michelle A. Hauser, Esq., approaches life with passion, high energy and dedication.

Michelle has worked in family law for 20 years. She has helped hundreds of clients successfully resolve their cases in the local Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada, legal system. This experience gives her unique insight on different Judges and processes, and she knows how best to approach each case.

A Career Focused on Family Law

Michelle is our resident expert on discovery and complicated child custody cases. She handles family law, guardianship, adoption law, divorce, child support, child custody, visitation rights, and domestic violence. Before starting her own firm, she worked for clients in all areas of family law in addition to person injury law, limited civil litigation, and criminal law.

Working for an independent firm gives Michelle the opportunity to dedicate herself to clients as she rigorously and aggressively advocates for their interests. It gives her a chance to focus in on what their problems are, how the firm can help them and how they can avoid costly litigation.

Hauser Family Law is committed to taking on cases that have a high probability of success, and we believe an important part of our work is to recommend strategies that lead to positive outcomes. Sometimes, we need to protect clients from making bad decisions that could impact the rest of their lives.
